  • 5 Oreo’s biscuits
  • 60ml of milk

Optional toppings

Crush

Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a blender or a fork and then place into a microwavble mug or bowl.

Add

Add 60ml of milk to the broken Oreo cookies and give it all a good mix.

Time To Bake

Transfer to a microwave and heat for 1:30 minute or up to 2minutes low wattage microwave.

Leave it to slightly cool before adding the topping of your choice.

  • Milk chocolate or choc chips – only a small amount needed 
  • Rice crispies ~ 5 Cups
  • Mini chocolate eggs (the more, the merrier!)
  • Vanilla Extract ~2 teaspoons
  • Marshmallows ~ 4 Cups
  • Muffin Cases ~ 12 cases 

Creating Your Mini Egg Nests

Pop the marshmallows into a large microwave-safe bowl and heat them for 25-30 seconds until they start to soften.

Give them a good stir, ensuring they’re melting evenly, and continue heating in short bursts if needed, stirring in between until smooth and gooey.

Mix and Shape

Mix the rice crispys with the softened marshmallow then add the Vanilla Extract and give a good mix together.

Spoon generous portions of the mixture into cupcake cases, shaping them into little nests.

Let them chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Add the Eggs

Melt the choc chips and place a small amount in the middle of the nest.

Place a few mini eggs in each nest and let them set in the fridge for about 30 minutes until hardened.
